Role of the position:

• Organization of accounting and tax accounting in full.
• Correct calculation and timely transfer of payments to the budget and non-budgetary funds.
• Control over the collection of receivables and repayment of accounts payable within the established deadlines, compliance with payment discipline.
• Ensuring compliance with the established rules and terms of inventory of cash, inventories, fixed assets, settlements, and payment obligations.
• Development and implementation of measures aimed at strengthening financial discipline and prevention of illegal expenditures of cash and inventory and violation of financial laws.
• Preparation of reliable reports, local and group.
• Reviewing contracts with counterparties for compliance with the law and the company's interests.
• Ensuring timely preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Interaction with the audit company.
• Participation in group projects of the company (building effective processes, implementation of new systems).
• Advising company employees on accounting and reporting issues.

Important:

• Higher specialized education.
• Experience as a chief accountant of 3+ years in an international company.
• Experience in SAP system is welcome.
• Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English (expat direct supervisor, frequent communication with global office in Europe).
• Successful completion of audits (no critical remarks or potential reporting adjustments), tax audits and extra-budgetary funds (no additional accruals/fines).
• Effective interaction with the team.
