Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employees of accounting department;
- Control compliance with time line and guideline within inventory of goods, materials, fixed assets, calculations and payment obligations;
- Lead the tasks regarding bill payments, implementation of basic accounting and other documents, which are not unified.
- Approve with managers of departments the expenditures from national and foreign currency accounts;
- Maintain economic analysis of financial activities in the company, to identify stock and losses;
- Organize and implement internal audit to avoid lack or illegal usage of goods, materials, assets and breach of financial and accounting legislation;
- Proper documentation control
- Control the maintenance of order in preparing of basic accounting documents, calculations and payment obligations;
- Control the charge of debts and credit redemption, adherence of payment discipline;
- Control validity of withdrawal of shortage, debts and other losses;
- Organize timely reflection of transactions, related to property, obligations and other financial transfers;
- Organize timely recognition of income and recognition, budget expenditure report, product sales, service execution, results of business activities;
- Organize audit of accounting system and reports, and department documentation flow;
- Guarantee the correctness of financial reports and provide the reports within the established deadlines;
- Guarantee and organize correct calculation and payment to providers, social and government funds, and salary to employees;
- Develop and implement actions, to strengthen financial discipline;
- Responsible for preparing reports in accordance with international standards and providing to HO;
- Chief Accountant - joint accounting manager takes part in developing and implementing of procedures of internal control;
- Together with Financial director prepare budget for the Company.
Requirements:
- Experience from 3 years at similar position in retail or FMCG.
- English level - upper intermediate.
- Experience in people management
