Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the preparation of a report on the execution of budgets of funds and cost estimates, preparation of the necessary accounting and statistical reports, their submission in the prescribed manner to the relevant authorities
• Organization and execution of work on setting up and maintaining the accounting of the organization in order to obtain complete and reliable information about its financial and economic activities and financial position by interested internal and external users;
• Formation, in accordance with the legislation on accounting, an accounting policy based on the specifics of the economic conditions, structure, size, industry and other features of the organization's activities, which allows timely receipt of information for planning, analysis
• Formation and control of the information system of accounting records and reporting in accordance with the requirements of accounting, tax accounting, statistical accounting and management accounting, ensures the provision of necessary accounting information to internal and external users;
• Organization of work to analyze and evaluate the financial results of the organization and develop measures to improve the efficiency of financial management, as well as to conduct internal audit.

Requirements:

• Higher financial, economic, accounting education;
• at least 3 years of experience as a chief accountant in similar environment, additional financial manager / deputy financial director experience is a benefit;
• good command of English (fluent translations, good communication skills, lingual enthusiasm);
• knowledge of legal reference systems, high level of knowledge of PC (MS Office)
• current knowledge in the field of accounting, tax legislation and financial law;
• knowledge of all areas of accounting;
• knowledge and practical skills in the field of budgeting, financial management and strategic management;
• knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, Scala, etc.);
• knowledge of the basics of foreign economic activity;
• DipIFR certificate and / or international certificate ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountant);
• experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS (Group Reporting) and local GAAP;
• experience in automation of planning and management accounting systems;
• pragmatic mindset focused on achieving the objectives in full compliance, sustainability and alignment with Group best interests;
• mature, integer, highly organized and disciplined.
