Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of corporate strategic guidelines for accounting and tax operations and projects for Russian operating units.
• Responsibility for the local / group accounting and tax compliance.
• Preparation and submission of statutory financial, tax statements and the IFRS reporting.
• Leading on behalf of the company external statutory and internal audits, tax audits.
• Management and execution monthly and annual closing procedure.
• Consulting business partners regarding tax and accountancy legislation.
• Leading / participation in central / local projects related to accounting function
• ERP implementation (SAP)

Requirements:

• 5 years + of experience as Chief Accountant in a multinational company in Russia with a leadership experience. An experience with a manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, generally in the accounting. ACCA/DipIFR (Rus) – desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Russian accounting and tax standards as well as IFRS.
• Experience in dealing with tax and other authorities, audits/controls.
• Ability to provide sound accounting and tax and business judgment while driving the execution of multiple projects in a timely manner.
• As a member of local management team, ability to play a role of a partner to business, providing professional impact to critical decisions and share responsibility for achieving business targets.
• English language - minimum level Upper-Intermedite (both oral and in writing).
• Experience of working in SAP.
• Authomatisation experience.
