Responsibilities:

• Submission of reports to the tax and statistics authorities (including but not limited to НДС, Бухгалтерская отчетность, декларация по налогу на прибыль, СЗВ-М, ФСС, РСВ, 6-НДФЛ, 2-НДФЛ)
• Submission of CF, BS, PL, AR, IC reconciliation and other reports upon head office’s request
• Audit of company contracts
• Control of revenue recognition dates, coordination with the operation department
• Payments (including currency payments) in case of necessity
• Preparation of the documents per the requests from the Russian authorities
• Calculation and payments of salary, calculation of salary taxes in case of necessity
• Preparation of the documents for 0% VAT confirmation and dealing with TAX authorities
• Working in CRM system

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of accountant experience (in freight forwarding company is a prefer)
• Knowledge of 1C8.3 (contractors, customers, expense reports, bank, salary calculation and taxes), 1C Salary and personnel
• Knowledge KONTUR, DIADOK software
• English language fluent
• Ability to work with wide and large range of data
• Advance PC user (Excel, Word)
