Responsibilities:

• Organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting in the company in accordance with the norms of Russian legislation, using the software used in the company
• Participation in the preparation of tax and statistical reports
• Correction of accounting policy
• Development and implementation of new policies and procedures
• Responding to the CEO and CFO's requests for financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
• Interaction with controlling bodies and funds;
• Managing the process of passing internal and external audits
• Participation in training and certification of employees
• Participation in business processes automation (EDI implementation)
• Participation in optimization of accounting work
• Optimization of document flow

Requirements:

• Higher professional education (accounting, economics, finance and credit, audit)
• Experience as the Chief Accountant 10+ years
• Experience of working with several legal entities (OSNO)
• Experience in optimization of taxation strictly within the legal requirements
• Experience of working with subordinates (more than 10, located in different cities of the Russian Federation)
• Experience of working for large companies
• Experience in automating business processes
• Experience in optimization of accounting departments
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity
• Experience of working with VAT rate 0%
• Experienced in 1C, Bitfinance programs
• Experience in setting IT tasks
