Responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of the department of accounting and taxation
• Formation and updating of accounting policies
• Organization of accounting and tax accounting, timely delivery of accounting, tax, statistical reporting in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for a group of companies (several legal entities)
• Participation in the development of local regulatory documents of the company
• Development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the quality of the Department's work, increasing the efficiency of the department's employees, incl. automation of processes, reduction of routine operations
• Implementation of fast-closing
• Participation in the implementation of the 1C: ERP system Holding management

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Tax, Audit, Finance or related field
• 5+ years experience as Chief Accountant (prefferable in international companies)
• Tax expertize in VAT, corporate profit tax
• Knowledge of English (Goog working level)
• Proficiency with 1C, MS Excel, experience in implementation of ERP systems
• Experience in 1C ERP module would be a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
• RAS/IFRS accounting knowledge according to the Audit policy
• Experience in working with BIG4 companies,
• It is an advantage:
  1) Fast-closing experience (fast closing of reporting)
  2) Experience in interacting with the shared service center or building a shared service center directly in the company
  3) Experience in outsourcing some of the accounting functions
• Should be able to multitask and open to adapt to changing business requirements.
