A great opportunity to join as a Chief Concierge at a luxury 5 star hotel in Doha

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as Concierge in a luxury hotel
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
• In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies
• Excellent office and computer skills
• Working knowledge of reservation management software
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions and establishments in the area
• Outstanding guest services skills, organizational, interpersonal, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation; solution-oriented mindset when addressing day-to-day issues
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Passionate for helping people
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability to provide professional communication and knowledgeable demeanor in all environments
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
