Responsibilities:
∙ Provide technical support to the Business Center in all areas of maintenance.
∙ Maintenance and management of electrical and mechanical facilities including:
- ∙ Electrical equipment, generators, primary switchgear
- Refrigeration systems / Chillers
- Compressor systems and dryers
- Boiler and burners
- Water treatment
- AHU / Ventilation Systems.
∙ Manage maintenance budget and finances - identify cost savings opportunities.
∙ Maintain technical records, instructions, drawings and specifications for equipment, devices, utility systems or facilities as updated and as required by law.
∙ Assist in preparing, maintaining and submitting reports and records to Client and team.
∙ Safety and quality management.
Manage contractors.
Requirements:
∙ Willingness to relocate to Nizhny Novgorod
∙ 5+ years experience managing the engineering part of operations, construction of industrial facilities, data centers or retail and business centers.
∙ Engineering background, 4th or 5th electrical safety access group.
∙ Practical understanding of maintenance of electrical systems in large industrial companies, data centers, retail and business centers.
∙ Experience leading a technical team.
∙ Ability to work independently with multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
∙ Working level of English (spoken and written) for regular communication with foreign colleagues.
∙ Good communication skills.
∙ Ability to innovate.
