It builds an end-to-end (E2E) vulnerability governance and capability system and an open vulnerability management ecosystem, implements vulnerability management requirements under the company's diverse business structure to meet stringent external requirements, and ensures that product security capabilities can be translated into competitiveness.

As a Chief Vulnerability Management Engineering Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's cybersecurity strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Vulnerability Management Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive vulnerability management engineering strategies, leveraging innovative technologies, and staying abreast of emerging trends. Incorporate advanced engineering and technology innovations to gain a competitive advantage in the field.
End-to-End Vulnerability Lifecycle Management:
Lead the design and maintenance of end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle management capabilities at the corporate level.
This encompasses activities such as vulnerability awareness, verification, assessment, impact mitigation, patch ability, fixing, and disclosure.
Continuously optimize the corporate-level capability baseline to ensure robust vulnerability management.
Technological Advancements:
Stay at the forefront of engineering, technology, and methodologies related to vulnerability management and security emergency response.
Drive innovation in these areas and ensure that our organization remains a leader in the field.
Public Engineering Governance:
Provide engineering governance, operations, and analysis capabilities based on vulnerability data to support subsidiary and industry self-improvement.
Deliver engineering and technology solutions that simplify vulnerability assessment and mitigation on live networks, enabling efficient and automatic risk reduction.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
A master’s or PhD degree in cyber security, information security, computer applications, or related fields is preferred.
Exceptional technical contributions or professional achievements will be highly regarded.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in vulnerability management, security incident response, or related domains.
Active participation in vulnerability-related industry and standard organizations with key roles, such as OASIS CSAF working group/ISO/IEC, ETSI, IETF, First/Trusted Guide, CVSS SIG/PSIRT SIG/EPSS SIG, and other relevant industry alliances and communities.
Proficiency in written and spoken Business English is essential.
