Job duties
Designing the organization strategically (Market research, product development, technologies, and market segmentation)
Implementing digital platforms, new systems that will permit to process information of customers, services, products through different departments such as operations, finance, marketing, IT including strategic network of partners
Developing the target market with a high level of profitability, strategic planning of key products.
Leading company strategic planning process toward product development, reporting system, process design
Developing new organization structure as a response to the strategic planning, around company’s most profitable segments, processes and products with dedicated senior teams, small reactive divisions, business units
Leading the reorganization of information technology through hiring a Chief Information officer, senior team members
Establishing internal audit function through hiring trained and experienced staff members
Leading finance, accounting, marketing, budgeting, technology, market segmentation, management reporting (Information Management system), project management office
Hiring key trained team members for supporting organizational change
Leading transformational change in all the organization.
Required qualifications.
10 years of experience in a top management position in insurance industry , a solid tracking record in organisational design, implementation of new systems, strategic planning process and led transformational change, implementation of division structure. Demonstrated a strong leadership.
A MBA is an advantage
