Role Overview
The CFO will be an integral member of the leadership team to shape the organisation’s financial and strategic agenda. The individual will lead the full spectrum of finance viz. corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, commercial governance, investor relations, taxation, audit, and compliance critical in enabling the organisation’s continued growth and transformation.

Qualifications & Experience
•⁠  ⁠Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification (CPA / MBA-Finance)
•⁠  ⁠20+ years of progressive finance leadership, including at least 5 years in a CXO or Board-facing role
•⁠  ⁠Background in consumer-facing services, or multi-site operations preferred
•⁠  ⁠Proven expertise in strategic planning, audits, stakeholder management, and finance transformation
