Job Description
§ Job duties
- Responsible for coordinating digital transformation of business administrative pool through cross-functional departments (HR, human resources support, payroll and benefits, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Customer Service Support , Operation Support , Accounting, internal controls, accounts payable, and accounts receivable).
- Responsible of Business Planning, Budgeting, Cash management, Tax reporting, Annual audit Including technology support Administrative procedures accounting procedures toward regulation and conformity.
- Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to deliver the digital transformation agenda by improving the stakeholder experience (employees, customers, vendors) through effective implementation of systems.
- Initiated review of business processes by customer support, resulting in implementation of platform or system to improve customer experience with dedicated digital support.
- Manage the financial reporting, consolidation and forecasting per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Establish initiatives that led to a combination of new products, incremental revenues, lower credit losses, operations efficiency and improved controls.
- Required qualifications.
- 10 years of experience in Finance Management, and Accounting procedure design, solid background in digital transformation, digital product development. Be able to work in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related Finance, a MBA is an advantage.
