Role Title : Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO)

Our client, a prominent leader in the third-party logistics (3PL) and warehousing industry in India, is seeking a dynamic Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) with a specialized focus on 3PL, logistics, and warehouse solutions. As a key member of the executive team, the CITO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital future and enhancing its competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and align Information Technology strategy with the business strategy.
• Advocate for IT in business model design and product development.
• Oversee IT initiatives and ensure they enhance product development.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, executives, and the board.
• Assess internal IT capabilities and external IT opportunities and threats.
• Develop and articulate the IT business strategy and road map.
• Drive organizational changes to build and sustain IT capabilities.
• Define and report on metrics for IT goals.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging IT business models and technologies.
• Build and maintain external relationships with academia, industry bodies, vendors, and analysts.
• Partner with HR to develop IT talent.

Desired Profile :

• Gradute / PG from a Tier 1 institutes with minimum 12 years of experience.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and business model innovation.
• Strong background in Supply Chain automation, including physical automation and software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Proficiency in coding and system analysis.
• Managed teams of 25+ members.
