Requirements:

• Higher professional (technical) mining education
• At least 3 years of experience as a Mining Engineer
• Less than 3 years of drilling and blasting experience
• Knowledge of the requirements and procedure for the development of design and production documentation for open pit mining
• Knowledge of the organization of production processes and mining technology

Responsibilities:

• Optimization and improvement of the drilling and blasting process
• Participation in the planning of mining operations and the development of the production and technical part of the design and estimate documentation
• Participation in the organization and development of mining operations
• Drawing up schedules for the production of mining operations, placement of mining equipment, determining the need for equipment with technical means
• Participation in the development of technical specifications and preparation of projects for mining operations, drawing up a passport for drilling and blasting, as well as other technical documentation and monitoring its implementation
• Processing and analysis of data on the operation of mining equipment during mining operations
• Analysis of the causes of downtime, accidents and rejects in the production of mining operations
• Development of measures to improve the performance of technological equipment
• Work with contractual documents, control of their execution
• Work with contractors
