Our Client is an Digital Transformation and a Product Engineering company with offices across the globe and 4,000+ employees across Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune. They aim to double their revenues and go beyond to reach a Billion dollars by 2025.

Our Requirement:

We are looking for a Client Partner, ideally between 16 to 23 years of experience who has managed BFSI clients and delivery. Candidates should come from the IT Software Development, Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation background. The role would be predominately a farming role, the role demands building and maintaining relationships with key business and technology stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of products/services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for account landscaping, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, customer advocacy and strategic quarterly reviews with customers.

- Publish and track monthly business forecasts along with contingency plan in case of revenue shortfall.

- Accountable for billing efficiency, utilization targets and resource fulfilment.

- Able to achieve customer satisfaction scores/targets.

- Motivate and develop high capability professionals to successfully build an excellent team

- Ensure succession plans in place for key roles and develop plans to avoid single points of dependency.

- Ensure that the team fully understands the requirements & deliverables, meets deadlines and prioritizes engineering tasks
