Our client is a leading Tier-2 services company operating in multiple countries, looking for seasoned Client Relationship Managers to manage some of their large clients. This role would be predominantly selling managed engagements to Clients apart from managing existing revenue being earned.

Responsibilities

• Farm existing clients and hunt for new logos
• Understand the opportunity in the digital transformation space and choose the ones to bid and win
• Prepare business plans and meet the same
• Work with delivery and presales teams to manage client expectations
• Map competitor activities

Skills and experience

• About 20 years of experience in selling IT services both in India and other countries
• Very good understanding of revenue management, client management and digital technologies and platforms
• Client and stakeholder management
• Understanding of technology and their usage (preferably relating to digital transformation)
• Nice to have domains would be BFS, Retail or CPG
