About the Role

We are hiring a Cloud Delivery Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar cloud transformation programs across AWS and Azure platforms. This leadership role is focused on cloud migration, modernization, and platform operations, working with global clients across industries.

As a people leader, you will manage senior delivery managers and cross-functional cloud teams, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous innovation in cloud engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs across AWS and Azure

• Manage and mentor a team of delivery managers and technical leads across geographies

• Define delivery governance, metrics, risk mitigation, and quality frameworks

• Collaborate with cloud architects, pre-sales, and account teams to shape solutions and proposals

• Own delivery KPIs, program scope, budget tracking, and P&L management

• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders, enterprise architects, and business sponsors

• Enable DevOps, Agile, SRE, and FinOps best practices across cloud engagements

• Lead incident management, SLA tracking, compliance, and security alignment

• Drive operational optimization, cost control, and performance tuning post-migration

• Contribute to cloud practice strategy, capability building, and hiring plans

Desired Profile

• Experience: 18–25 years in IT, with 8+ years in cloud delivery leadership roles

• Proven success managing large cloud transformation projects (multi-cloud or hybrid)

• Deep experience with cloud-native and legacy-to-cloud migrations

• Strong knowledge of cloud reference architectures, DevOps pipelines, and security best practices

• Hands-on exposure to AWS and Azure (certifications preferred)

• P&L ownership, delivery governance, and stakeholder management experience

• Ability to lead global teams and delivery squads in a matrixed organization

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology; Master’s preferred

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional)

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• ITIL, TOGAF, SAFe, or FinOps certification
