Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems: Responsible for setting up and configuring SAP systems to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.

2. Perform system monitoring and troubleshooting: Monitor SAP systems for any issues or errors, and troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize system downtime.

3. Implement system upgrades and patches: Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and apply upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system up-to-date and secure.

4. Manage system performance: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning measures to optimize SAP system response times.

5. Ensure data integrity and security: Implement and maintain security measures, user access controls, and backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.

6. Provide technical support and training: Assist end-users with technical issues, provide training on system functionalities, and document system configurations and procedures.
