We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer (4–6 years relevent experience) to join a globally respected product company. This is a remote role based in India, where you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, support premium customers, and help shape the cloud support experience.
As a key member of the Cloud Support team, you will provide world-class customer support primarily through live chat and email, helping resolve technical issues, guiding users, and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via chat and email, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex product or infrastructure issues across cloud environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, success) to escalate and resolve deeper issues.

Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Participate in release readiness, service improvement, and feedback cycles.

Ensure SLAs and customer expectations are consistently met.
Key Qualifications
-
4–6 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or SaaS-based environments.

Proficiency in:
-
Writing and modifying SQL queries
-
Supporting Java-based applications and JVM performance
-
API/REST troubleshooting and browser dev tools
-
Frontend debugging using HAR files, console logs, etc.

Understanding of networking (HTTP/S, TLS, TCP/IP) and basic email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP).

Experience with log analysis tools (Splunk or similar).

Exposure to SSO, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication mechanisms.

Ability to manage high case volumes and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and self-learning mindset.
Nice to Have
-
Prior experience in enterprise support environments or handling EMEA/APAC customer segments.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Basic scripting (Shell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
