Reporting to the Managing Partner. Responsible for all processes, programs and locations in the cluster under his/her care, and for the profitable management of the operation in every location within their cluster

This is very much an operational/strategic role 

Must be a strong leader 

Previous experience in multi-property management 

Driven and have an entrepreneurial mind set 

Excellent communication skills 

Proven track record of relieving on results 

Able to thrive in autonomous environment and have a sense of urgency, high-energy levels 

Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK
