Job Description:
Position title: Cluster Leader
Product Expertise: Respiratory, Pulmonary
Travelling: 80%
Reporting manager: Regional Business head.
Role Summary:
This role requires Business & technical expertise for his/her assigned products, solutions/services, and is expected to be able to differentiate clients’ offerings; convey compelling value propositions; lead the opportunity; qualify customer needs; develop and present solutions proposals and quotations; and respond to customers with commercial acumen to successfully close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy.
- Cooperates with Marketing & product Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning
- Proven sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close individually.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products
- Proven ability to position products against competitors with excellent commercial understanding.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented and should have an in-depth knowledge of assigned products of the organization.
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
- Understand the clients' needs and should have a vision to design strategies that will maximize the revenue of the organization.

- Must be willing to travel
