Based in Milan a great opportunity to join this luxury hotel group as 

Responsible for maximizing overall room revenue objectives of the assigned properties through development and implementation of effective transient, group inventory and pricing strategies based on Baglioni sales/marketing plans and future demand forecasts. Provide analytical, strategic and revenue management leadership for the assigned properties and implement selling strategies and inventory restrictions that capture the optimal revenue-producing business for the properties.

To be responsible for driving multi-lingual local marketing and distribution solutions, that will improve key financial and customer metrics.

Must have previous experience as a revenue manager for a 4 or 5 star hotel 

Must be fluent in English and Italian

Strong Analytical skills 

Excellent excel abilities 

Proven experience producing results 

Must hold a EU passport
