Commercial Director – Fashion Industry 

This is a role for a Commercial Director to join our Client’s team to cater to retail and wholesale clients worldwide.

 Responsibilities: 

• Management of B2B sales of print production services on Alibaba and other B2B platforms;
• Management of own B2B sales website;
• Management of B2B sewing services and sales of finished printed garments;
• Management of online sales channels, sales agents, and direct sales;
• Creating an agent network;
• Outlining the commercial policy of the enterprise and its pool of customers in order to utilize the capacities of the enterprise;
• Management of the Commercial Department and the CRM;
• Conducting the necessary audits to meet the requirements of customers;
• Purchasing licenses for the production of licensed products.

 Requirements: 

• Similar experience as a Sales Director, Commercial Director (in garment manufacturing companies, print-on-demand companies) of at least 3 years;
• Successful experience in face-to-face and online sales;
• Planning and prioritization skills, high level of self-organization;
• High level of negotiation skills, ability to defend one’s opinion;
• Analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, responsible, result-oriented, flexible;
• Fluent English;
• Ready for business trips (if necessary).

 Conditions:

• Place of work: Bălți, Republic of Moldova;
• Employment under Romanian legislation (the company has a Romanian legal entity);
• Business trips;
• Fixed salary +% of sales;
• Accommodation, travel allowance;
• After the first 6 months - hybrid work.
