Job Description
What You Will Do
- Develops and implements communication processes for all projects in the field of Sales force effectiveness. Regularly analyzes the effectiveness of the communication process, requests and analyzes feedback from other departments of the company. Develop procedures and cross communications way of working (WOW).
- Develop reporting tools and data systems to improve the planning processes and support business decisions
- Develop motivational programs and KPI systems for sales and operations departments and primary sales clients. Propose and coordinate annual, quarter, monthly processes transparent sales plans preparation for employees and distributors
- RTM or coverage strategy development
- Increase Sales force and promo activities efficiency.
- Support annual Business Planning process and monthly financial outlook.
What You Need
- High education in Statistics, Economics, Finance
- At list 5-year experience in Business analysis and planning (primary sales, secondary sales, off-takes) in FMCG, Consumer Electronics or Pharma market segments
- People management
- Strong leadership skills
- Cross-functional project management
- Presentation skills
- Stakeholders management
- MUST Technical knowledge: advanced Excel level, SAP, BI development, Big Data, OLAP, Master Data management
- English upper-intermediate
