5. Job duties

• Supporting and helping build successful agents
• Managing the Retail Agency and Retail Management Teams
• Prospecting for new tenants and meeting rent revenue objectives
• Implementing digital process for sales teams such as CRM
• Maintaining occupancy rate to 75%
• Establishing professional relationships with tenants
• Developing teams of sales and Marketing
• Developing collaborative network with brokers
• Organizing the open door day for visiting the building
• Designing and communicating world class level through TV, Radio and Social media

5. Required qualifications.

• 10 years of experiences in commercial leasing manager positions in real estate, preference someone that has worked in a mall inside a world class company
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related social sciences

• Team player
• Able to create a good place for colleagues to feel free to express their ideas
• Able to create urgency sense in the day to day work with different colleagues
• Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the property market.
