Our Client is a growing French SME managing the developpement and supply of key high tech products, mainly for the aeronautic and space industry. Ranked as N°1 in Europe and N°2 worldwide with a strong recognition on a key specific market, the Company is now aiming to develop its customer base out of its traditional market. Although products are based on the same core technologies, most of products are tailored to customers.
He is based in a French medium size city, with 2 subsidiaries in Europe and the USA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To sustain its growth, developping and consolidating its customer base, The Company is looking for a senior commercial manager (10-15 years of experience), reporting to the Commercial Directorate, with the following missions:
- Developping his customer porfolio, liaising with the Marketing team to identify new opportunities and implement adequate capture plans;
- Prospecting new customers, identifying needs Vs solutions, together with technical and financial teams;
- Managing the overall contracting process, including definition and writing of the technical and financial offer, and negotiations with the customer;
- Ensuring Customer-relations during the contracting process up to signature then during the contract implementation;
- Supervizing internal actions related to contracts and orders to ensure profitability;
- Liasing with technical and production teams, ensuring appropriate technical choices and a proper contract execution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Engineering degree (MS), generalist or electronics;
- Proven experience in program management and sales in a similar environment to the aerospace industry;
- Techical interest & curiosity;
- Taste for challenge and negociation;
- Professional English proficiency (speaking and writing). International travels;
ONBOARDING
