The Role
• General personnel administration
• Absence management for a defined business area (processing vacation requests, parental leave requests, checking sick leave, etc.)
• Personal data maintenance (e.g. creation of new employees, changes to personal and professional information) in the personnel file (physical and digital)
• Participation in the preparation of the monthly payroll
• Examination of expiring employment contracts and creation of extensions and fixed-term contracts
• Monitoring of probationary periods, work permits and enrollment certificates
• Issuing employer certificates
• Preparation of interim and final certificates
• Support in managing the personnel budget and posting invoices in SAP
• Maintenance of the organizational chart
• Regular reporting of key personnel figures
• Various ad hoc projects
The Person
- Successfully completed commercial training, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on human resources
- First relevant work experience desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of labor laws relevant to personnel (e.g. working hours or federal leave law) and/or income tax and social security systems
- German at native level and fluent English (min. B2)
