Job Description
Duties:
- Preparation of various desserts of European, French and Italian cuisine;
- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to the technological charts;
- Observance of the requirements of sanitary norms and rules of labor safety;
- Observance of terms of storage of products;
- Observance of company standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in conceptual restaurants and gastroprojects with a high level of service with a focus on food quality;
- Knowledge of the latest trends in pastry making;
- Knowledge of and adherence to sanitary and technological standards in the work;
