Responsibilities:

Ensure reliable and timely execution of commercial contracts, training and working collaboratively with the company's contracting department on expedient contract management methods, tools and processes
Organize set-up meeting and coordinate with company stakeholders to mobilize contractors to the contracting area of work. Discussing with contractors the entry requirements for the work area within the contract activity and bringing all documentation/document flow into compliance with regulations (vaccination certificates, attestation, insurance, etc.).
Management of requests for changes to contract terms and conditions, payment certificates, etc. Organizing weekly coordination meetings in cooperation with the project management team and the contract owner, tracking the contractor's progress in fulfilling its obligations and the timing of contractual obligations. Analysis of acceptable risk allocation through the use of standard documents and deviation control mechanisms, timely resolution of contractor issues and claims under the company's contracts.
Responsibility for the methodology and strategy of the contractual work organization: analysis of risks and needs, formulation of strategies, drafting and preparation of necessary contracts with maximum benefit to the company.
Maintaining constant interaction between contract work specialists, lawyers and project management team.
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities construction in Russia
• English, at least Intermediate.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Understanding of engineering concepts for the design and construction of mining facilities and related infrastructure
• Experience of working on complex high capital cost mining construction projects in Russia and Khabarovsk region in particular will be an advantage.
