Responsibilities:

• Legal support of the IPO process on the part of the issuer (as part of the legal team);
• Support of Due diligence procedures;
• Participation in the approval and development of internal documents of the public company;
• Corporate support of a public company, including all applicable disclosures and filings;
• Interaction with external legal advisors;
• Interaction with regulators;
• Ensuring compliance with SEC, MOEX requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant public company experience of at least 3 years;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• Strong knowledge of Russian civil legislation, consumer finance legislation, banking, consumer protection, personal data protection, as well as knowledge of relevant law enforcement;
• Higher legal education.
