Requirements::

• Bachelor’s degree in business economics or accounting or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• CPA or MBA with emphasis in finance, accounting, or management - strongly preferred
• Relevant finance experience in a mid to large corporation
• Min. 7 years – for small/medium geography
• Min. 10 years – for large/complex geography, including practical experience as part of a senior leadership team with accountability for financial insights in the strategic planning process.
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP
• Advanced practical experience in financial planning
• Adequate knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• Adequate knowledge of compliance and controls - SOX compliance and local financial regulations
• Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
• People management and development experience
• Adequate IT proficiency
• Fluent Russian and English speaking proficiency mandatory
