Antal International is looking for an experimented Country Manager for their Client: Tessolve Semiconductors in Bucharest.

Due to a worldwide expansion, thanks to the fast-growing Semiconductor, Automotive and Digitization (IoT, AI, Cloud) markets, Tessolve Semiconductors is opening this new Engineering Center in Bucharest.

You are the first local point of contact and will help to build a new team and office, you will work with internal and external partners to develop the best solutions for our customers in Europe. You can expect a dynamic work environment with all the support you need, along with the freedom to act proactively.

Experience:

• +15y experience
• Good background in the Semiconductor market
• Background in Semiconductor Engineering (IC Design/Verification/Test) and in Embedded Electronics (PCB, SW)
• A 1st experience in the management of a cost center is a must
• Team management
