Looking For CRM Customer Operations Manager for an Exiting role in an MNC.
Designation Customer Operations Manager.
Location Gurgaon, India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting and analysing customer data
- Using IN- house CRM systems to manage relationships
- Making amendments to current CRM with support of IT function to make it more efficient.
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs.
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives.
- Induction and Training – Creating modules and imparting monthly, quarterly training sessions to call centre and clinic teams on customer service.
- Developing marketing campaigns and executing retention campaigns for Users and Prospects.
- Collaborating with Sales, Call centre, retail excellence, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
- Very Special offer designing, implementation, and Reporting.
Functional Skills Set:
- Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and data-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Technology skills in CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in marketing or business management.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in CRM.
