Job Description
Responsibilities:
- SFMC platform support
- Cooperation with global/local IT and commercial business units (sales, marketing, market access, medical issues);
- Analysis and implementation of business requirements for the creation / improvement of CJM;
- Maintain changes related to SFMC;
- Keep an eye on market trends and new use cases for design, data models, analytics, and propose architecture evolutions to meet these external and internal circumstances.
Requirements
- Education: higher, work experience from 2 years;
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Advance Excel)
- General overview of digital marketing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use information to create creative solutions;
- Project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to self-learn, develop and quickly apply business and technical knowledge
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience;
- English – spoken
