Job Description
Work with CRM systems of the company:
- Supporting all administrative and technical processes to update customer database in CRM system;
- Updating systems and interaction with developers
- Preparing reports and analysis of data in the systems
- Centralized entering and changing of data, new clients
- Work on integration of the system with the company's websites
- Preparing uploads from the system
Support functions:
- Conducting training sessions for new employees
- Support consultants in working with CRM-systems
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Preparing analytical reports for company management and HQ
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Advanced user of Excel and other MS Office products
- SQL skills will be an advantage
- English pre-intermediate or higher
