Customer Service Manager with German and English – on-site

Responsibilities:

• Customer Demand Follow-up: Continuous monitoring of customer demands and managing EDI errors.
• Main Contact: Acts as the liaison between the production plant and customer material disposition.
• Demand Fluctuations: Investigates and manages fluctuations, informs relevant teams, and aligns costs.
• Capacity Checks: Periodically confirms capacity based on customer requirements.
• Design Change Process: Manages transitions between old and new product indexes, ensuring smooth implementation.
• End of Production (EoP): Confirms and manages EoP, preventing obsolete stock and aligning with sales plans.
• New Product Launch: Sets up agreements and monitors customer demands for new product launches.
• S&OP Preparation: Collects inputs for S&OP and conducts monthly capacity checks.
• Packaging Claims: Opens claims for shortages in customer-provided packaging.
• Customer Requirements Fulfillment: Ensures on-time delivery and escalates issues that may cause delays.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participates in improving tasks and workflows.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics

• Language Proficiency:

- German (fluent or advanced)

- English (fluent)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive behaviour and readiness to take the initiative
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
