Responsibilities:
Resolving supply availability, inquiries, and changes for customers in the CIS, Ukraine, and Central Asia region.
Handling customer complaints in accordance with European operating procedures.
Establishing contacts with new customers and attracting them to work.
Interaction with sales, head office, warehouse in Europe.
Developing and maintaining close working relationships with internal stakeholders such as demand and supply planning, logistics, finance, technical service.
Fulfilling sample requests directly with customers.
Regular communication with customers within their area of responsibility to follow up on any service related issues, general inquiries.
Reporting to head office.
Substituting for colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
Obtained relevant experience in a similar role from 2 years in an international manufacturing company;
SAP skills are a must, SalesForce skills are desirable.
Fluent English is a must (interaction with the head office, warehouse complex, reporting), knowledge of German is desirable (optional).
Initiative, independence, literacy, communication skills, resistance to stress, attentiveness.
Conditions:
Official registration in the state;
Fixed monthly salary;
Standard schedule: 5 / 2, from 9.00 to 18.00, while working remotely - all the equipment to work from home;
VHI, mobile communication, telephone, business trips to the head office.
