Responsibilities:

• Receiving and placing shipment requisitions for customers to overseas factories;
• Preparation and execution of specifications;
• Coordination of shipments from order placement to receipt of order by customers;
• Tracking fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• Coordination of technical service between customer and technical department;
• Interfacing with other company offices worldwide on international projects;
• Placement of export orders and coordination of export shipments;
• Initial processing of claims, forwarding them to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in similar positions, in customer service of manufacturing companies (large number of SKUs in operation) at least two years;
• Knowledge of English at least upper-intermediate level is a must (constant communication with the head office, factories);
• Proficiency in SAP and 1C, Excel;
• High communication skills, literacy, stress resistance, attentiveness, accuracy.
