Job Description
The area of responsibility of the successful candidate will be:
- Handling incoming emails and customer calls
- Order processing
- Shipment of goods to customers. Coordinating time and date, controlling the flow of shipping documents,
- Preparation of invoices, organization of document flow
- Control of accounts receivable
- Administrative support of the office as needed
Required Competencies:
- Higher education
- Relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of 1C:Commerce is a must
- Customer orientation, multi-tasking
