Responsibilities:

Receiving and placing orders in SAP for shipment of goods to customers in foreign factories (work with a large number of customers - about 100 in operation);
Preparation and execution of specifications in 1C;
Shipment coordination from order placement to receiving orders by customers from European factories, from the local warehouse in the Russian Federation;
Communication with client on various issues, troubleshooting;
Tracing the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;
Coordination of technical service between the client and the technical department;
Interfacing with other offices around the world on international projects;
Placing export orders and coordinating export shipments;
Initial processing and entry of claims, forwarding them to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in similar positions, in customer service: at least 1 year - 1.5 years in chemical/industrial sector;
Knowledge of English at least upper-intermediate level - required (constant communication with headquarters, plants, colleagues in English verbally/written);
Experience of working in any databases as well as Excel;
Experience in SAP is a must; knowledge of 1C is preferred;
High communication skills, literacy, stress resistance, attentiveness, accuracy, assiduity, ability to work with a large volume of information / work and multitasking; active lifestyle.
