Responsibilities -

Designing strategy and roadmap for building analytics capabilities of large organizations

Implementing delivery best practices in client engagements to ensure top-notch solution execution

Building, mentoring, and nurturing high-performance delivery teams

Building relationships with the clients and be identified as a trusted partner to provide solutions to their challenges and help achieve their outcomes

Creating sales proposals and pitching the idea of the company & our services to attract new clients and grow the engagements pipeline

Providing thought leadership and execution of strategic initiatives as hiring, learning etc. to create niche offerings for the company

Liaising and working with the leadership team to develop engagement roadmap to enable long-term planning, target setting and provide visibility into engagement health

Tracking and reporting the health of the client engagement including (not limited to) – Delivery Quality, Growth Visibility, Employee Wellness, Customer Satisfaction, Financial targets and Operational KPIs
