Title: Data Scientist
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-3 years

What you’ll do:

• Lead and drive complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Scale up Big Data and data science R&D initiatives adhering to industrial standards.
• Develop deterministic and ML models, pilot projects, and address business challenges efficiently.
• Possess a strong self-starting attitude, with expertise in statistics, complex systems, and problem-solving.
• Identify data for root cause analysis, analyze and validate hypotheses to drive insights.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, showcasing technical expertise.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for neural network optimization.
• Apply cutting-edge AI models to resolve business challenges, staying abreast of AI research.
• Proficient in cloud-based data solutions, particularly AWS, with expertise in architecture.
• Develop frameworks, establish best practices, assess data lineage tools, and collaborate closely with business units for insights consumption.

Requirements:

• Experience with Python(preferred), Shell Scripting and/or R and SQL.
• Experience working with a data pipeline in the public cloud (AWS highly preferred).
• Data Visualization: Seaborn or Matplotlib (Python), Tableau (preferred), Power BI, QlikView
• Enterprise Database: Oracle, SQL Server
• Knowledge in SQL & Big Data analytics.
• Experience in any ticketing tool preferably JIRA
• Ideation and Conceptualization of existing business problems and implement the same.
• Strong Knowledge in Data Science tools and techniques.
• Strong Knowledge in Statistical Modelling, Machine learning, Deep learning & AI.
• Strong Knowledge in ML Operations and DevOps methods.
