Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced

analytics and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SQL,

Python, and Machine Learning, along with exposure to retail analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific and mathematical principles to real-world business

problems.

• Develop new algorithms and enhance existing ones to solve domain-specific challenges.

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models end-to-end.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.

• Develop POCs and drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies.

• Work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Advisory, Product) to identify opportunities and

implement process improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Retail Analytics / Business Acumen – Experience working on at least one retail project (30–50% of

overall experience preferred).

• Machine Learning – Hands-on experience building at least one ML model independently (end-toend).

• Programming – Strong skills in Python and SQL (PySpark experience is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business needs into data-driven

solutions.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
