Data Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for an individual with experience in the operational field that is used to managing teams of 20-40 people.

The role:

The primary responsibility of the Data Services Delivery Manager is the monthly delivery of:
a) highly accurate client reports;
b) to the agreed Client SLA (monthly/quarterly/annual) for the Consulting team.

To enable this you will need to:

• Successfully manage data acquisition from multiple sources and its subsequent validation through pre-agreed metric’s and overcome any barriers & issues;
• Working closely with the Technology Team to ensure technical solutions are designed and implemented with high quality, provide expected and desired results and are scalable;
• Working with the COO to build a data acquisition team & service to deliver against the monthly SLA’s signed with clients;
• Managing multiple teams in ESG data acquisition & data innovation solution(s) (around 20-40 people);
• Identify data quality issues and determine proper course of action for resolution;
• Support and facilitate presentations to a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders as needed to demonstrate capability and function of your team(s);
• Develop into a subject matter expert in the topics of data warehousing, data management and analytics, data quality, batch and real-time integration architecture.

The candidate:

• 6+ years specific systems experience including 3+ years managerial experience;
• 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience;
• Professional experience in working with and within a Consulting Services organization;
• Experience of working with software data management platforms;
• Proven ability to scale a data service and demonstrable use of data technologies to deliver innovative data collection and analytics solutions;
• Professional experience in the analysis and presentation of data utilizing large data stores;
• Ensuring Data Confidentiality and Data Security are maintained in line with best practice and operational mandates set by the Business Operations Management teams.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Data Management, Data Analytics, Business and Process Analysis;
• Background in Sustainability and specifically Sustainable Real Estate an advantage;
• Strong working knowledge of Data platforms using AI.
