The center in Hyderabad is involved in creating and executing strategic IT initiatives in the area of retail, distribution, wholesale, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create physical databases for the software development projects and maintain database throughout the life cycle of a project.
• Should design logical/physical data models.
• Support developers with the database operations optimizing the database objects and queries.
• Perform ombuds activities and operational tasks like replication and decommissioning of database, managing the data dictionary etc.
• Responsible for a project or phase of a project, to act as a project manager for the project or phase.
• Evaluate data models and physical databases.
• Review the modifications in the existing software and guide Programmers and others on performance requirements.

Required skills: 

• Analyze database requirements and database solutions on Oracle database platform.
• Prepare & maintain database documentation according to the desired standard.
• Acquire technical and functional knowledge of multiple applications within a business domain.
• Hands on experience in OLTP on the oracle database.
