Job Description:

 

• Responsible for Delivery on Schedule, Quality and Cost across the program.

• Monitors multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them. Providing strategic guidance to the company’s project managers/Scrum Masters. Facilitating communication among the program's cross-functional team.

• Leads and conducts weekly and monthly reviews with Customer, Stakeholders , proactively monitoring the progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action across the program.

• Resource planning and resource allocation for the program – manpower, infrastructure, and tools

• Responsible for Meeting Customer Satisfaction Index goals for the program

• Defines KPIs, set KPI goals and publish scorecards for Overall engagement and individual projects.

• Ensures RCA for the variances in quality metrics, audits and implement corrective/preventive action.

• Drives skill-building and training initiatives across the program.

• Facilitates agile workshops/meetings Coaching, training and mentoring team members, Scrum masters, project managers, Business Analysts and team members about Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.

• Participates in key scrum ceremonies for individual projects and assess level of compliance to agile processes, recommend improvements and track them for closure Create, monitor, and publish Agile Scrum dashboards, agile metrics, and overall project health.

• Evaluates customer feedback and institutes changes as necessary to manage expectations.

 

 Skill set:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Project Manager & Scrum Master.

 • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Delivery Manager/Program manager roles with delivery and release responsibility.

• Domain Skills- Digital, Healthcare, Medical

• Experience with Project management tools, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence & Microsoft vision.

 • Experience in requirements engineering, effort estimation, project, schedule, budget, resources planning, tracking and status reporting.

 • Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate program status, KPI metrics to customers, stakeholders and senior management.

 • Proficient in Safe Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.

• Mandatory Development and Technical management experience in one of the following three areas preferably in Healthcare/Medical/Digital projects.

 • Experience in creating Project charters, project proposals/ RFP responses and SOWs

 • Experience in defining, tracking, analysis and reporting project & program level metrics & KPI’s.

 

Certifications:

 

 • PMI PMP (Mandatory)

 • CSM (Mandatory)

 • SAFE AGILE(Preferred
