Designation:  Delivery Manager

Location: Pune

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

 • Manage delivery and operations of the account and ensure customer satisfaction

 • Track projects in the Account

     - Participate in Project kick off meetings and Review project status on a regular basis

     - In terms of schedule, cost & quality and ensure timely completion of projects

     - Ensure product quality and on-time delivery within budget.

     - Review Project data and metrics.

• Planning

    - Planning and fulfilling the resource needs for the Account.

    - Approve and monitor resource allocations.

    - Planning and building the necessary technical and domain capabilities for the Account.

    - Planning and executing preventive and corrective actions.

 • Knowledge Management for the Account

    - Ensure the knowledge management and sharing across project teams within the Account

    - Continuous development of team to serve customer requirements in faster and efficient way.

 • Regular reporting to internal Stake holders / Delivery head on the Account’s status

 • Defining and tracking/monitoring Engagement level KPI’s.

 • Ensuring Adherence to MSA and other relevant contracts (customer quality agreement) with             Accounts.

 • Liaise with Business development team / Sales team to obtain new projects in assigned areas.

 • Review and provide technical approval on SOWs.

 • Provide guidance and direction to the Project

Managers/Program Managers in the account.

• Appraise performance of the Project Managers/Program Managers/SMEs/Architects in the Account.
