Job Description:

• Responsible for Delivery on Schedule, Quality and Cost across the program.
• Monitors multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them. Providing strategic guidance to the Company’s project managers/Scrum Masters. Facilitating communication among the program's cross-functional team.
• Leads and conducts weekly and monthly reviews with Customer, Stakeholders, proactively monitoring the progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action across the program.
• Setting up procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process for the Program. Including efficiency improvement, process improvement and quality improvement
• Resource planning and resource allocation for the program – manpower, infrastructure, and tools
• Responsible for Meeting Customer Satisfaction Index goals for the program
• Negotiates unrealistic expectations and bringing alignment between delivery team and customer Onboarding of new engineers - Onsite & Offshore.
• Defines KPIs, set KPI goals and publish scorecards for Overall engagement and individual projects.
• Defines project roles and responsibilities, set role based KPIs, monitor and evaluate and publish the performance.
• Ensures RCA for the variances in quality metrics, audits and implement corrective/preventive action.

• Preferred Skills
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Project Manager & Scrum Master.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Delivery Manager/Program Manager roles with delivery and release responsibility.
• Domain Skills- Digital, Healthcare, Medical
• Experience with Project management tools, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence & Microsoft vision.
• Experience in requirements engineering, effort estimation, project, schedule, budget, resources planning, tracking and status reporting.
• Proficient in Safe Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
• Experience in management, dependencies, change management, Risks, Escalations, and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact.
