What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud/Fusion project deliveries — ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the key client partner, managing expectations, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive governance, compliance, and risk management aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, future-ready Oracle solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence across ERP, HCM, and SCM.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt innovative and AI-driven delivery practices.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion/Cloud implementations (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials).
• Strong program/project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as predictive analytics, RPA, NLP, or intelligent automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred).
